

Our Olive Oil
Our olive oil is a true labor of love. We have 400 olive trees, and each harvest is done by hand—by our family, with help from a few close friends. Ioannis was taught by his father the traditional way of picking olives, a method passed down through generations. Every year, we gather together to carry on this tradition with care and intention.
The result is a pure, honest oil—rich in flavor, cold-pressed, and unfiltered. From tree to table, everything we do is grounded in heritage, community, and respect for the land.
